This Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms", "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and Bovada Poker regarding your access to and use of our website, poker software, and associated real money gaming services. By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any cash games or tournaments, you explicitly agree to these Terms.

Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree to every provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services and close your account. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Restrictions

A. Software and Bot Restrictions

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automated poker bots, solvers, or any third-party software that plays the game on your behalf is strictly prohibited. Additionally, because our tables are designed to be anonymous, the use of Heads-Up Displays (HUDs) or hand-tracking databases that attempt to profile opponents across sessions is forbidden.

B. Collusion and Chip Dumping

Poker is an individual game. You may not collaborate, collude, or share hole-card information with other players at your table. Furthermore, "chip dumping"—the act of intentionally losing hands to transfer funds to another player—is considered a severe breach of these Terms and a potential indicator of money laundering. Bovada Poker employs sophisticated algorithms to monitor hand histories and betting patterns. Players found engaging in collusion or chip dumping will be banned for life, and their funds will be confiscated.

3. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Managing your bankroll securely is a core component of the Bovada Poker experience. By executing transactions on our platform, you agree to the following financial terms:

• Authorized Funding: You may only deposit funds using payment methods (e.g., credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets) that are legally registered in your own name. The use of corporate cards or third-party funding is not permitted.
• Cryptocurrency Processing: We strongly encourage the use of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum) for fast, secure payouts. Please ensure that you copy the exact wallet address provided in the cashier. Bovada Poker is not liable for funds lost due to player errors in blockchain addresses.
• Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary by our security team, we may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This includes government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and verification of the payment methods used.
• Withdrawal Limits: Payouts are subject to maximum withdrawal limits depending on the method chosen and your VIP status. Processing times vary; crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, while fiat methods may take longer.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From the 100% Poker Welcome Bonus to tournament tickets and reload offers, promotions are a great way to boost your bankroll. However, all bonuses are subject to specific terms:

• Rollover Requirements: Casino and sports bonuses typically require a multiplier (rollover) of the deposit plus bonus amount before funds can be withdrawn.
• Poker Point Release: Poker bonuses are unlocked incrementally as you earn Poker Points by playing in rake-generating cash games and fee-paying tournaments. Unlocked cash has no further rollover requirements.
• Expiration: Bonuses must be claimed and cleared within the specified timeframe (usually 30 days for the Welcome Bonus). Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Bovada Poker website, its proprietary poker software, mobile interfaces, logos, graphics, and text are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. By downloading our client or using our web app, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, personal license to use the software solely for the purpose of playing games on our network. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute our software.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Bovada Poker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 100% server uptime and seamless gameplay, we do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Under no circumstances shall Bovada Poker, its parent companies, affiliates, or network partners (including the PaiWangLuo Network) be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses caused by internet disconnections during a hand, hardware failures, or unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or permanently close your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect you have breached any provision of these Terms. If your account is closed due to fraud, collusion, or underage gambling, any remaining balances will be forfeited to compensate victims or cover administrative costs.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bovada Poker is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of your use of the platform will be subject to binding arbitration, rather than civil court proceedings. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

9. Modifications to the Terms of Service

Bovada Poker reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Major changes will be communicated to active players via email or a mandatory pop-up upon your next login. Your continued use of the Bovada Poker platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the modifications.
